Refund Policy

Customyogaplan aims to provide clear information about cancellations, refunds and payment arrangements for our personalised yoga training planning services. This policy explains how requests are handled in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable consumer protection legislation in Mexico and, where applicable, the European Union and European Economic Area.

1. Pricing and Deposits

The amount displayed on each service page represents a deposit only and is not the full service fee.

Before an order is confirmed, customers will receive a quotation stating the total service fee, deposit amount and outstanding balance.

The deposit forms part of the agreed total price. It is deducted from the total fee and is not an additional charge.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order should email plan@customyogaplan.com and include their order reference, where available, together with a brief explanation of the request.

We will review the order status, the agreed service scope, any work already performed and the applicable contractual and statutory requirements before confirming the outcome.

Submitting a cancellation request does not remove any statutory withdrawal rights or other consumer remedies that apply under relevant law.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a customer requests cancellation before work has begun, we will assess the request in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable legislation.

Where a refund is due, the amount will be calculated in accordance with the relevant legal requirements and the circumstances of the order. Any permitted deduction must have a lawful basis and will be explained where required.

A deposit will not automatically be treated as non-refundable solely because it was paid.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If work has already started, the handling of a cancellation or refund request will depend on the applicable law, the customer’s statutory rights, the service agreement and the work performed.

Where permitted by law, an amount may be payable for services already performed, provided the relevant legal conditions have been satisfied.

For consumers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, any charge for work performed during the withdrawal period will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, including any required express request to begin work and relevant acknowledgements.

5. European Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance service contracts, generally lasting 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, subject to applicable legislation and exceptions.

Where a customer requests that the service begin during this period, the required express consent and other legally required acknowledgements will be obtained before proceeding.

If a customer withdraws after work has begun, any amount payable for the portion performed will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Where a service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, any loss of the withdrawal right will apply only where all relevant statutory conditions have been met, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

6. Service Delivery Issues

If the delivered plan does not correspond to the agreed scope, customers should contact plan@customyogaplan.com and describe the discrepancy, including their order reference where available.

We will review the delivered materials against the agreed quotation and discuss an appropriate resolution in accordance with the service agreement and applicable law.

Where a refund, correction or other remedy is required by law, the relevant statutory requirements will apply.

7. Changes to an Order

Customers may request changes to their order by email.

If a requested change falls outside the original agreed scope, we will explain any additional fee or revised delivery timeframe before undertaking the additional work.

Any revised arrangements must be agreed by both parties. Charges for additional work will not be imposed unless they have been agreed or are otherwise lawfully payable.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will ordinarily be made using the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed.

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant payment arrangements.

We will provide information about the status of a refund request where appropriate.

9. Outstanding Balances

Where the agreed service has been completed, the remaining balance is payable in accordance with the payment terms confirmed before the order was placed.

If an order is cancelled, the outstanding amount, if any, will be assessed in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. No provision in this policy permits charges that are prohibited by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
